Same Day Appointments: What You Need to Know

Our same-day appointments policy is designed to accommodate clients who have appointments scheduled between 4 hours and 24 hours in advance on the same day. However, if you decide not to keep your scheduled appointment due to changes in plans or any other reason, you will be assessed a cancellation fee.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your original scheduled time. Failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation and treatment as a no-show.

No-Show Policy: What You Need to Know

A 'no-show' is defined as a client who fails to appear for their scheduled appointment without providing a 24-hour prior cancellation notice. Late arrivals, cancellations without 24-hour prior notice, and no-shows will be subject to a $25 or $50 (for appointments taking over 1/2 hour) cancellation fee.
